Somato-Respiratory Integration (SRI)

Somato-Respiratory Integration is a complementary technique to Network care. It was created and developped by Dr. Donald Epstein D.C

The two techniques work in sinergy. SRI integrates and speeds up the healing process in the various levels of care in Network care .

Once learned, SRI can be practiced at home or at your practitioner’s office.

It is comprised of twelve different exercises using touch, movement, energy, breath and focus. The teaching of these twelve exercises turns your attention inside your body, creating a body-mind reconnection and a shift in consciousness.
